Keith Garages are the only Volkswagen retailer in the country to open 6 days a week from 7.30am to 8.30pm.

Customer satisfaction

As a family owned company that has been trading in Aylesbury for over 90 years, customer satisfaction is very important to us. We spend a lot of time and money ensuring that our team is well trained and working within robust processes, which are quality audited.

Volkswagen carry out their own satisfaction survey in which we enjoy high customer satisfaction scores. We appreciate that due to the nature of our business that we do not get it right every time. Where our performance does not meet expectations, we want to know so we can have an opportunity to put this right and keep our customers satisfied.

Collection and delivery

Collection and delivery is free of charge within a 25 mile radius. We can also offer lifts from our premises to locations in Aylesbury by arrangement. Once again this is a free of charge service.

Courtesy cars

Courtesy cars are provided free of charge. We do ask that you either insure the cars or pay £10.00 a day for insurance. Cars booked in for warranty repairs will not be required to pay the insurance.
