Golf GTI Edition 30

To mark the 30th Anniversary of the Golf GTI a new limited edition Golf GTI Edition 30 has been revealed. This GTI Edition 30 is an exciting new addition to the Golf GTI model that will continue the legacy of the outstanding GTI performance and appeal to the needs of our enthusiasts.

The exclusive new Golf GTI Edition 30 from £22,295, packs an extra 30PS - one more for each anniversary year, making it a truly hot hatch. The new unique 230PS 2.0-litre T FSI engine achieves 0-62 in 6.8 seconds, and a top speed of 150mph.

18-inch 'Pescara' alloy wheels, a range of stylish colours including Tornado Red, and the exclusive Edition 30 badge all signal the car’s sporting intent.

In the cabin, unique premium 'Vienna' leather and 'Interlagos' fabric heated sports seats, the GTI badge on the red-stitched leather steering wheel, floor mats trimmed in red, and golf-ball design gear lever continue the dynamic theme. And to complete the exclusive look the door sill also boasts an Edition 30 logo.

The new Golf GTI Edition 30 specification is closely related to the high level seen on the current Golf GTI and shares many desirable features. These include chrome twin exhaust tailpipes, 2Zone electronic climate control air conditioning, six airbags and of course the unique GTI honeycomb grille.

The exclusive new Golf GTI Edition 30, from £22,295 RRP, is also available in Black, Candy White, Reflex Silver (Metallic), Steel Grey (Metallic) and Diamond Black (Pearl), and will be available to order from November 2006.
