The unified fleet demonstrator programme was launched in March 2008. This programme was introduced to give customers more choice of vehicles to test drive, with less time to wait for the model they want.
The first 2 quarters of the programme have been very successful and customer test drives have increased considerably.

At the volkswagen fleet awards dinner in December 2007, Penny Rowley, Fleet sales executive won the award for Best Newcomer of 2007 to the Volkswagen Fundamentally Fleet programme.
Fundamentally fleet is a programme for all dedicated Volkswagen fleet managers, sales executives and administrators to participate in. It was developed to ensure the ongoing quality of our service. This programme was launched in 2005, and has gone from strength to strength. It is aimed at motivating, recognising and rewarding excellence within our network.
All partipants undertake various business-related activities throughout the year to demonstrate their customer service and product knowledge skills. At the end of the year the top qualifying FSM and FSE’s qualify to attend an assesment centre where their skills are further tested.
